Must have City and Guilds level 3 or equivalent plus ACS gas safe registered. Domestic essential including CPA1, commercial desirable. Basic IT skills, full driving license, own van, phone and tools. Install boilers and central heating systems plus fault diagnosis, service and repair. Repair and install kitchens, bathrooms and all plumbing appliances with some drainage. Tiling, joinery, Part P, solar all desired not essential. Experience of managing jobs. Timely, mature, flexible, diplomatic, team player able to work to the demands of the business and customers. Able and willing to drive excellence on all works. Open to self-employed and permanent. The self-employed must ensure they have own public liability insurance in place .

Hours Are: MON TO FRI PLUS SOME UNSOCIAL HOURS
